Sanditha serves as the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer for Introlligent. She has over 17 years of experience in Financial and Accounting Management. Prior to joining Introlligent she worked at Bank Of America and Target Corp. in the US. She is responsible for the worldwide financial and accounting practices at Introlligent. She has an excellent track record and sound knowledge of different accounting practices. She holds a Degree in Financial Management & Accounting.
SHAIK MUJEEB
PARTNER
Mujeeb serves as the Executive Partner at Introlligent. He has over 20 years of rich experience in the Information Technology industry in various capacities. Mujeeb has been involved in starting up various IT organizations in USA and India. He specialized in starting up offshore operations for large corporations prior to starting up Introlligent. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management and Administration along with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
SATISH MUDALIAR
COO
Satish has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Recruitment. He manages worldwide operations at Introlligent. Prior to joining Introlligent, Satish has worked with global corporations like Intelligroup and Capgemini, across locations in India and the US. Satish is responsible for setting up the offshore operations at Introlligent. He ensures successful and smooth operations of Introlligent’s worldwide offices. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
VERONICA AVILA
PEOPLE'S OFFICER - AMERICAS
Veronica leads Introlligent’s Human Resources function in the United States. With more than 10 years of experience in HR, Veronica has contributed to various aspects of people management, policies, practices, planning and managing the HR function for Introlligent in the US. Veronica also oversees the global HR teams focussing on providing people effective operations ensuring the Introlligent culture is part of the entire operational fabric.
VIGNESH UTHANDI
DELIVERY HEAD - SOLUTIONS
Vignesh has 11 plus years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and services industry. He specializes in Client Acquisition, Business Development, Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Pre-sales & Proposal/SOW Management. He has diverse experience in offering solutions to various industries like Entertainment, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, FMCG, Electrical and Electronics. etc…Before joining Introlligent, he held management position in companies like Viva, Essar and Sutherland global services. He was also part of the Quality Management team, worked with clients like Bell Canada, Lenovo & Dell. He handled close to 32 clienteles in his earlier endeavor with complete account management of companies like The Walt Disney company, American Airlines, United Airlines, U.S. Bancorp, Pepsi, HCSC & SMECO etc… He is also passionate about sports and enjoy playing cricket.
