About the Role:
Analyze, refine, and decompose requirements to redefined set of requirements and emerge in new ones in this process. Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation. Planning for deliverables involving low complexity technology content like basic application data modeling, and design. Provide guidance to project teams on Knowledge of relevant quality, process, and architectures in planning reused tools to improve technical quality and productivity of the project. Provide overall guidance to the team whenever it’s needed and manage team’s day-to-day delivery. Coordinate tasks for the team members. Set delivery targets, track & review outputs to ensure quality standards and timeliness of deliverables. Make sure that all the resources are trained in multiple tracks so that the resource management will be good in place. Mentor the team and provide all support they needed. Implement the proposed solution while being mindful of the coding conventions and ensuring the program is written to satisfy the functional requirements while not compromising with its performance. Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for finding solution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
- five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
- Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Selenium WebDriver; TestNG tool; Core Java (Eclipse IDE); HP Quick Test Professional & Unified Functional Testing; Maven; SQL; IBM Rational ClearQuest; HP Quality Center; Bugzilla; Jenkins; testing on Android & iPhones devices; DigiLine.
- Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the U.S., approximately 30% as required.
- Supervise five (5) subordinate employees.
