Job Description
We are looking for a strong technical Lead to drive automation and AI initiatives, combining hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Playwright, Java/Python, Generative AI, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Develop AI-driven solutions using RAG and AI Agents to improve automation and engineering efficiency.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
- Define automation strategy, technical standards, and best practices across projects.
- Lead and mentor automation engineers and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI and automation technologies.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with RAG implementation and AI Agent development.
- Practical experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
- Proven technical leadership and experience leading automation initiatives.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the Recruiting/HR domain is an added advantage.
- Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI frameworks is preferred.
