Job Description:
We are seeking a Business-focused Project Manager / Product Line Manager to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver effective solutions. The role is centered on business ownership, process improvement, and compliance-driven operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Act as the primary interface between business and IT for solution delivery
- Own business-led initiatives end-to-end, assessing impact on processes, compliance, and operations
- Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement across product lines
- Work closely with teams handling customs, trade compliance, shipping, labeling, and packaging
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps and drive resolution
- Support data-driven and AI/ML-enabled initiatives for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Key Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Business Project Manager / Product Manager
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams (not IT delivery–centric)
- Experience in manufacturing or operations-driven environments
- Exposure to trade compliance, customs, shipping, or labeling processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and multiple priorities.
