Job Description:
We are seeking a BPR Project Manager to lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple BPR, process improvement, and business transformation projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and governance frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including collaboration with third-party partners.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate core team, leadership, and steering committee meetings, providing clear and timely project updates.
- Identify key decisions, develop recommendations, and drive stakeholder alignment and resolution of project issues.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Partner with technical teams to plan and facilitate workshops and technical deliverables.
- Drive change readiness, including training and knowledge-transfer plans to support adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify and mobilize the resources and capabilities required to successfully execute projects.
- Support capital planning, business cases, scope changes, and strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Apply BPR methodologies and project management best practices to deliver sustainable, high-quality outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in BPR, business transformation, or process improvement project management.
- Strong project, stakeholder, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: This is not a process-modelling-focused role. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to process modelling/documentation without end-to-end BPR or project management ownership should not be considered.
